Steps to make to make Zucchini boats
- Take zucchinis, cut from the middle, remove pulp out and keep aside, later used in the recipe.defrost the mince

- Heat oil, add cumin seeds when change in colour, add finely chopped onions, cook until it's golden in colour.
- Add minced mutton, meat tenderizer cook with onions till the liquid of mutton is dry out, add ginger & garlic paste mix.
- Add green chillies paste, 🅠tomato puree mix, cook for 1min,add soya sauce mix, add kashmiri red chillies powder, corriander & cumin powder and mix.
- Add salt, zucchini pulp mix, cook till meat is tender, remove keep aside.

- For zucchini boats: take a small bowl and add salt, 1/8 tsp kashmiri red chillies powder, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp oil and mix, spread the masala on the zucchini boats, shallow fry them, on slow medium flame, till tender.
- Don't over cook the zucchini boats, fill in the masala and serve hot.if you like to bake, don't fry them.
- Tip: bake zucchini boats in the oven, you can add parmesan 🧀 cheese grated if you like, bake in 350 c for 16 - 20 mins.cook uncover till zucchini is tender.
